Booking and cancellation terms and conditions
The customer is informed he has the option to subscribe to a cancellation insurance (3.5% of the amount of the stay). Insurance terms and conditions are available below or on request from the campsite. More information through the links below:

Our practical information
Deposit
A deposit of 300 € (equipment) and a deposit of 50 to 90 € (cleaning package depending on the size of the rental) will be requested on arrival. These deposits guarantee the loss, breakage, damage to equipment and exteriors, as well as the impeccable cleanliness of the rental. The mobile home and its terrace are subject to an inventory of fixtures on arrival by the booker (any anomaly must be reported to us within 24 hours) and on departure by both parties. Any discrepancy will be invoiced. The deposits will be returned at the end of the stay or at the latest within a week by mail, subject to the proper execution of the present booking conditions.
Supplements
Rentals on reservation and according to availability: Sheets: 16 €/bed/stay (double bed) or 12 €/bed/stay (single bed). Baby kit: 20 €/week. Cleaning packages : 50 € (mobile-homes 2 bedrooms) – 60 € (mobile-homes 3 bedrooms) – 90 € (residences TAOS and KEY WEST).
Rental times
- In July and August: arrivals between 3pm and 7pm – departures between 8am and 10am. Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Possibility to rent 10 or 11 nights (Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday) on the Ibiza Confort model: contact us on 02.99.58.62.55 or visit the RESERVATION site
- Off season: arrivals between 3pm and 6.30pm – departures between 8.30am and 10am. Rental per night with a minimum of 2 or 3 nights depending on the dates and the possibility of arriving on the day you wish.
